Fab Ab February

So I was on Pinterest this evening (what’s new?) and I came across something that my friend Stephanie over atΒ The Adventures of Goober Grape and Monkey Man had pinned called Fab Ab February. Hmm, I would like to have Fab Abs… so I checked it out. It was a month long program (with Sundays off) to follow for the whole months of February. I commented on her post about how we should do it together! She thought it was a great idea and agreed to play along. So that means on Wednesday I will start my quest towards Fab Abs.

I added all of the workouts to my running schedule so that I’m all ready come February 1st. But here is my dilemma. To post a before pic, or not post a before pic. I know how much I love seeing other people’s before and after pics. It is VERY inspiring to see just have much their body has changed after certain health changes. I am just a very visual person. So here’s the thing, do I really want to post a pic of my tummy for all the world to see? Do I take a picture, but wait until the month is up and then see if it made enough of a difference and THEN post both pictures? Or do I just tell everyone to mind their own business and just use my words? I’m just not sure. Thankfully, I have another day or so to figure it out.

    I’d wait till the end of the whole thing but that’s just me… But this sounds cool cause I have NEVER had abs! Maybe I’ll actually get some sort of definition with this πŸ™‚
