On Wednesday, March 19Plate Above Catering is inviting the community to a Wine Dinner at Quantum Leap, located at The Cottage on Lake Fairview.

The three-course meal will feature expertly crafted cuisine created by award-winning Chef Jill Holland, paired with a selection of wines from Quantum Leap’s Sommelier.

Tickets cost $95 per person, with a portion of every sale going to help fund the Culinary Training Program at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. The 16-week continuing education training course is free to eligible adults looking to work or advance within the food service industry.
