Gratitude Day 20 ~ Relaxing Rituals

It could be finding a quiet moment with a sweet cup of tea or the intense physical exertion of a hard, early morning run. It could be talking to a friend or writing in a journal or pruning flowers in a garden. What puts you in a place where life is right there in front of you and it has clarity and balance?

Reading. It’s all about books. When things are rough, or screwy, or out of whack – I just want to read. I can get away from my real life and focus on someone else’s.
