Right now the physical therapist has told me that running is out of the question. I can bike or WALK on the treadmill (no more than 3 mph), but that’s it. And I can’t do it on days that I have therapy. It is quite the bummer. I have a 5k race in less than a month and I’m hoping she will say it is okay to run by then. Plus, I have a half marathon to train for people!
Last week when I was down in the dumps about my back and all the pain I was in I ordered a new running shirt (I had a gift card from Christmas that still had money on it). It showed up yesterday and I just had to try it on.
I have a headband that says “Will run for cupcakes” and I always tell people that I run so that I can eat. So this shirt was perfect! Its a Brooks shirt (the only piece of Brooks apparel that I own) and I’m in love with it. I think it will be great for running outside and I can’t wait to try it out.
