With the holidays starting up in just a few days, I thought it was the perfect time to share a wonderful cocktail recipe with you all. On my first visit to Homecoming Kitchen I had the Bootlegger, a cocktail inspired by Chef Art Smith’s mother’s homemade blackberry jam, artisanal moonshine and Florida rum — all kissed with scent of a fresh orange peel garnish. It was amazing!
This cocktail packs quite the punch, but goes down nice and smooth. One of my favorite things about this cocktail is that it is made with Florida Wicked Dolphin Rum made in Cape Coral. Talk about local love!
