I gave myself a week off after the 1/2 marathon to just recover and chill. One of those days I did a bit of walking (see previous post), but that was about it.
Sunday I was supposed to start back… nope. Monday? Nope. Tuesday? SCORE! Wednesday? SCORE! Today? Not so much. I just haven’t been able to find the motivation to get myself moving this week. Then of course I’m sitting here tonight, a little frustrated about things in general, and NOW I want to run. Really?! I need to be crawling into bed and NOW my body decides it wants to run? Geesh.
Why does motivation only hit at the most inopportune times?
