Recently I had an amazing drink at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill called Jack’s Honey Peach Tea. It included Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey, peach syrup, housemade sweet & sour and Sprite. I usually don’t like whiskey, but this just sounded so good. It was so good in fact that I ordered myself a second one.
I decided that I needed to try to recreate this drink at home. I picked up the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey right away and had an idea of how I was going to make the drink, but it wasn’t until a stop at Trader Joe’s that I figured out exactly how I was going to do it.
For this drink, my version at least, you just need three items:
Meg’s Tropical Whiskey Sparkler
2 oz Orange Peach Mango juice
1 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey
Lemon Lime Soda
Fill a lowball glass with the juice and whiskey, give it a stir. Top the glass off with your favorite lemon lime soda. Ta-da! Quick, easy, and super delicious!
