Today got off a slow start. I stayed up too late last night (darn movie) and so I slept later than I planned this morning. Oh well, I had fun last night 🙂
After doing a couple things around the house I headed out to the farmer’s market. I won a Tshirt from the Yum Yum Cupcake truck and I needed to pick that up, plus I was meeting up with a friend. It was nice because I also got to catch up with vendors that I hadn’t seen much since I stopped working the market last spring.
The park the market is at is really pretty. When I used to work there I hated being at work at 6 am, but I loved spending the day in the park. Unfortunately it was HORRIBLY hot today, but I still had a nice time.
When I got home I decided to bust out the paint again and try to salvage the stuff that got rained on last night. I think I have definitely saved the frame, but I’m not sure yet about the other item. I’ll have to wait until they are completely dry and see how they look. Even if I can only save one it is still worth it.
I am completely caught up with Project Life!
I even ordered the pictures from THIS WEEK (which ended yesterday) so I can pick those up tomorrow and stay on track. I still love this way of scrapbooking so much! It is so cool that for the first time since my divorce I am scrapbooking on a regular basis.
