Until February 1, all dinner checks will feature a donation line, making it easy for guests who choose to donate to Hispanic Federation (HF). Hispanic Federation is the nation’s premier Latino non-profit organization that works to promote the well-being of the Latino community. Cuba Libre will match guests’ donations on Sundays during the fundraising campaign. All Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar locations are participating in the fundraising campaign.

All guest donations collected will go to Hispanic Federation which is on-site in Puerto Rico and has a vast network of agencies that are ready to provide emergency relief and long-term support to those affected by the quake and the ensuing aftershocks. HF officials say thousands of solar lamps are being made available for distribution, as well as emergency funds for local health and human service providers working in affected communities.
