When I found out that Instagram was finally available for Android I was super excited. Finally, I can be one of the cool kids… or so I thought. Imagine my surprise when I went on Google Play and it told me that Instagram was not compatible with my phone. WTF!? Thankfully, at the beginning of the month I purchased a new fancy Android phone which Instagram was compatible with. So when my new phone was all charged up and ready to go the first App I downloaded was Instagram.
Of course the first pictures I took with it were of my sweet woofer. I’ve had a lot of fun posting random pictures and using the fun filters. Everything looks cooler with filters and borders right?
Then I realized that some people were posting pics on Instagram that were multiple pictures in one. Well how in the heck do you do that?? A quick search on Google Play led me to Photo Grid, an app where you can make a grid (with funky borders) of multiple photos and then upload that via Instagram. Cool!
I think one of the best things about Instagram was showing my mom. She was so shocked at all the cool stuff I could do right on my phone, and so fast! I have a feeling it won’t take long before I turn into a total Instagram junky 🙂
