Best Damn Race is a running series created for runners by runners. Their goal is to provide a big race experience at a local race price. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite runner, first timer, walker, or using a baby jogger, they want you to have the best DAMN race experience. As an ambassador for this series I can honestly tell you that they deliver the best DAMN race!
Their unique registration process allows all participants the opportunity to register for low prices on a first come, first served basis. This gives all athletes an opportunity to race regardless of income level. For example, the 5K starts out with the price of $15 and stays at that price for the first 200 who register. Why pay $75 for a 5K when you can run the Best Damn 5K for as little as $15 or as much as $40?
If you’ve been reading MOTM for more than 5 minutes you’d know that I’ve been an ambassador for the Best Damn Race series since the beginning and the races just keep getting better. They are up to 4 cities and 5 events. They have 5k, 10k, Challenge, and 1/2 marathon options at each locations along with a Leftover 5k in Safety Harbor where you have the opportunity to earn medals from past events. How fun is that?
Starting in January you have 5 opportunities to enjoy Best Damn Race in three different states – Florida, Louisiana, and now Georgia.
Jacksonville, FL – January 12, 2019
Safety Harbor, FL – February 2, 2019
Savannah, GA – February 16, 2019
Starting in 2019 Best Damn Race is headed to Savannah for the first time. I love Savannah and it is a great place for a racecation with your friends!
New Orleans, LA – March 24, 2019

Hiya. I’m wondering if you know who their shirt vendor is? I always have trouble getting the right size so just ask now
I do not – But we typically tell people the women’s shirts are the women’s cut and can run small, I suggest to size up one size. For the men’s, they’re unisex and true to size.
