This week was a little off as far as “the plan” goes, mainly because of the three day weekend which meant I was at my mom’s on Monday. Then I spent the rest of the week being confused about what day it was.
I did do all of my blog posts for the week, I read two books, I sewed a gift for a friend, and did all of my cleaning. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was my running. I did run 1 of the 3 days and I started something new for this month – Mean Abs June. It is a 6 day a week program that will hopefully help flatten out this stomach of mine. I did something similar in February, but after the first few weeks I got off track. So when Mean Abs June showed up on Pinterest I decided to give it a shot again this month.
I’m still not doing well with the cooking once a week thing. I just get so distracted and then when I do get around to eating I just don’t feel like cooking. Hopefully one of these days I’ll get to it. I’m fairly certain that I CAN cook, I just don’t. So we shall see.
