One of my favorite things about going to Savannah, GA is all of the amazing local shops and restaurants they have. Every time I’m there I have a list of “must visit” places that we always stop at. One of my favorites is Nourish, who also happens to be one of the sponsors for the Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon and 5k. How awesome is that?
The expo for this race is like the best of both worlds for runners – you have all the fun runner stuff you would expect at a race expo, along with some of the amazing local shops from Savannah. Nourish always hooks the race participants up with a goodie from their shop, but you can also visit their booth in the expo. So if for some weird reason you aren’t sticking around after the race (I have no idea why you wouldn’t) you still have a chance to check them out.
Nourish started in a home kitchen and now their products can be found in their shops in 4 states. They use all natural ingredients and none of the harsh chemicals that you sometimes find in other products. I’ve been using their amazing products for over 10 years now and I ALWAYS stop in to stock up on my favorites when I’m in town.
I was super excited when some of their products made there way to me recently as part of the race ambassador program. I love having the opportunity to try out new things and share them with you. Even though I’ve been provided these complimentary products, they are something that I would be sharing with you all anyway.
My friend and fellow ambassador Amy raves about the shower steamers. That is the one thing that SHE always has to pick up at Nourish when she is in town. I was excited that one of them came in our packs so I was finally able to give them a try. Holy wow they are awesome! I have a lot of allergies and this definitely helped me feel a lot better on one of my more congested days.
So if you are looking for a great product make sure to check them out the expo if you are going to the race, at their shop in downtown Savannah, or even online. You won’t be sorry!
