Right now, after a 4 year hiatus, I am on my way to Savannah for the first of two back to back Rock N Roll race weekends. Hopefully by noontime I’ll be at the race expo picking up my race packets for the two races I have scheduled this weekend. In between I’ll be enjoying all Savannah has to offer with my bestie Karen and some of my running buddies. I can’t wait!
By this time tomorrow I hope to be well past the halfway point of the race. It’s my first half marathon in almost a year so I’m a little nervous, but I’m running with my buddy Anna-Marie and hopefully that will make things easier. Even if it doesn’t make things easier at least I’ll have someone to complain to!
