Pepper Pause – Friday 5: Cookies for Pets

Pepper Pause

Pepper wanted me to make sure that the pets of the world didn’t get forgotten this holiday season. While you are baking sweet treats for your friends and family, don’t forget to bake up some treats for your four legged friends. Today’s Friday 5 includes 5 pet friendly recipes, for both cats and dogs, that you can whip up in your own kitchen! We’ve worked with our friends over at Cupping Cakes to share some of their favorite recipes.

3. Pupcakes

If you are anything like me, your dog sits at your feet while you are baking and just waits for something to jump off the counter that they can snatch up. When I’m making cupcakes Pepper walks around the kitchen with her nose in the air. So when we came across this Pupcake recipe we knew they would be a winner. Laura made these recently and caught a great shot of her pup begging for a pupcake. Finally a “human” treat just for the dogs! These are great for gifts or at a puppy birthday party.
