One of my favorite things about local restaurants is the creativity that goes into their menus. At Marlow’s Tavern that creativity stretches to their cocktail menu as well. They always think outside the box, so I was intrigued when I heard about their Beached Margarita… made with white whiskey. Um, what?
First off I had never heard of white whiskey, let alone a margarita made with whiskey. I am a tequila girl through and through but I was super excited to give this cocktail a try. I’m so glad I did because it was amazing! Thankfully the fine folks at Marlow’s Tavern were willing to hand over the secret recipe for this cocktail so that we can all try our hand at making it at home.
