As of today my blog is 2 years old! Happy birthday to us!
I cannot believe that I’ve had this blog for 2 years now. Wow. Most days I love her, but man oh man have the terrible twos kicked in around here!
“Why haven’t you done more posts? Barely more than 300 posts in 2 years?! What gives! Aren’t I special to you anymore??”
I mentioned earlier this week how I started this blog for me. A place to write, post pictures, share projects, vent, and celebrate. It was slow going in the beginning, and even since then I’ve had times where the posts just didn’t come. But for the most part it has been SO helpful. I have weeks/months where I post a lot and other times where I just don’t feel like I have anything to say… or the words just won’t come. I’ve never considered myself a writer. I just write. I’m sure my grammar isn’t perfect, my punctuation stinks on occasion, and more often than not I sound WAY too much like myself. But if it comes out the way I want it to, that is what matters right?
I’ve enjoyed my blogging experience. Some days I wish it was cool enough and popular enough to warrant me going to something super cool like BlogHer (that happened this week/weekend), but not so much. Although, some of the people that go… I think my blog is way more awesome than theirs. But its not all about me right? Oh wait… yes it is! Tee hee.
So here’s to another year of Meghan on the interwebs! I hope you all will continue to join me as my adventure continues 🙂
