Besides parents, if you are lucky you have many other family members supporting you along the way. A sister, a brother, a grandparent or other relative – Or maybe it was someone who took that role even if there wasn’t any blood shared between you. None of us makes it through this world alone.

I am grateful to have most of my family within a 30-45 minute drive, or at least in the same state as me. With all the crap I’ve been through in the last year it’s been SO helpful having them close by. I don’t know what I’d do without them.
