According to the 30 Days of Gratitude Project website:
This project is a community experiment. Based on the scientific research that practicing gratitude on a daily basis can increase your happiness and life satisfaction, the concept is to bring people together to practice gratefulness for the 30 days of November, 2010. Last year we collected over 3,600 gratitudes. Let’s see what happens this year.
So each day they post a theme/prompt to base your gratitude for that day on. Since I really need to focus on the good things in my life, I thought this would be a great project to be a part of.
So here’s to 30 Days of Gratitude!
