Even if you aren’t a huge fan of Valentine’s Day, it is a great excuse to make some sweet treats for your family, friends, or even yourself. Today I’m sharing 5 super quick and easy sweet treats you can make for Valentine’s Day!

These are great for so many reasons! They are easy to make, peanut butter and chocolate is a GREAT combo, and how can you go wrong with some called a “Kiss Cookie” on Valentine’s Day? And if you are really strapped for time, you can use a peanut butter cookie mix for the cookie part.
Sugar Cookie Sandwiches

This one is so ridiculously easy that even those with NO baking experience can make these happen. All you need is the Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Heart Cutouts and Frosting! You can either make the frosting or buy a can of the pre-made stuff. In three easy steps, you can make a super easy and sweet treat!
- Bake cookies according to instructions on package and let cool.
- Spread frosting on the top of one cookie.
- Top with second cookie.
Ta-da! That is it friends. Want to make them a little more “fancy?” Roll the edges of the cookie sandwiches in some sprinkles.
Chocolate Covered Strawberries

One of the best things is that Valentine’s Day falls right in the middle of strawberry season here in Florida. And there is nothing more romantic than giving your sweetie a plate full of Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
